During a 60–90 minute guided tasting, you will experience 10 different absinthes, each served in 1 cl portions and properly diluted with water — so you’re not drinking raw 53–80% alcohol, but enjoying 10 full-bodied absinthe drinks the way they were meant to be enjoyed. You’ll taste absinthes from the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and France — the birthplace of absinthe — while learning about its history, production, and traditional rituals.
